Nice accomodation in a nice location. Quite clean, neath and have a good ambiance and view. Actually, booked for 2 days, check in late on 01.30am. But at noon nobody ask/come to clean the room, and replace anebities. 2nd day ask for drinking water, they said "no more" Maybe they have different service regulation with another hotel I know?

Location isn't the greatest but with grab so easy to get location shouldn't be a problem . Service was great . They a very nice staff. The rooms are very basic . But they do the job . For this price they were good value for money . I'd probably stay there again

The pictures kinda says it all. After seeing the room I asked for a refund, I was told this is expected because it’s the standard room. I ended up paying one night out of two because I had already checked in.. Maybe the superior room are better? But to be honest it’s not worth the money. Even at 25AUD a night, I wouldn’t sleep in a moldy room.

I book for 2 room, but all my friends decide to stay at other resort (best western hotel) due to pondok anyar has terrible room. Mold everywhere, aircond take times to cold, and omgggg the blanket and all linen are drity! Its like its never been clean up before. Not given enough towel and no bottled water given. Some picture here not clear. But please, you can find better hotel/resort better than this place

This hotel is a pretty good option when you're in a budget. Located near the airport. There's no escalators or elevators, if that bothers you, make sure to make a call before visiting to check if there's an available room in the ground floor. Friendly staff will help you. Cleanliness and some of the facility should be improved. The toilet in the room I stayed in was a bit shaky.
